Who we are
Dawn Bell Academy is a reputable customized learning center offering private professional home schooling, remediation, tutorial and supplementary educational services for primary and secondary students in Tlokweng, Gaborone and surrounding areas since 2013.
We have Dawn Bell Academy and Dawn Bell Tutors. Dawn Bell Tutors is a department in Dawn Bell Academy. The Academy is for full time students while Dawn Bell Tutors is for part time students.
We are well known for individualized/specialized learning which helps our students get help and progress at their pace.
We have four centers (3 Primary Campuses and one Secondary Campus). The Secondary Campus only offers full time IGCSE. The Primary Campus offers PSLE.
Tutorial services for part time students are offered at the Primary Centre in the afternoons until 7pm. This service is open for all grades and programs (PSLE, JCE, BGCSE and IGCSE).
We offer both part time and full time services for middle grades as well as those in preparation for exams offered by Botswana Examination Council exams.
Dawn Bell is well known as “The Student’s Home” This is to say, we don’t go to people’s homes to offer services rather we have created a home for students.
Dawn Bell Academy is different from the normal conventional schools in terms of the set up and teaching methods. It accommodates learners who learn better in a less crowded environment. It’s a school that is a home. In terms of syllabus content and delivery the Academy is one of the best.
Our Background
The idea of Dawn bell started 8 years ago with homeschooling private candidates and offering extra lessons for part time students. Our prime full time customers were foreigners but with the undeniable results, Batswana started embracing our concept. The growth of Dawn Bell is purely by word of mouth. We produce results, they recommend and refer.
